Terms of service

*Terms & Conditions of the service*
By using our platform and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

* *Booking Fee & Payment Terms*
We collect a non-refundable booking fee when you place a service request. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with shortlisting potential candidates. Paying the booking fee is necessary to initiate the candidate shortlisting process.

* *Candidate Shortlisting*
Once the booking fee is paid, we will begin shortlisting potential candidates based on your job description and service location. The shortlisting process typically takes 7-10 days for Part time staff & 10-15 days for full time(24 hrs.) staff ; however, it may extend up to 20 days depending on factors like candidate availability and job requirements.

* *Confirmation & Scheduling*
After reviewing the shortlisted candidates, we will provide you with the selected candidate one by one profiles for your consideration. Upon your confirmation of a candidate, we will proceed to confirm the same with the selected candidate and schedule a service start date. Please note that we do not arrange interviews or video calls with candidates until the contract payment is complete.

* *Police Verification*
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange for a police verification of the selected candidate. Upon your request, we can assist in arranging police verification, which will in occurs an additional service charge. If you pay the entire subscription fee upfront before the staff arrives, we are fully liable to provide you with a police verification.

* *Deployments & Replacements*
Each booking includes a maximum of 4 deployments or replacements of candidates within a 348 days period if deemed necessary by the customer. (Each replacement has a turnaround time (TAT) of 5-7 working days.)

* *Liability & Responsibility*
Maidify is not responsible for any damage the hired staff causes to your property or belongings. Maidify is not liable for any loss or theft of personal belongings, resulting from services provided by the staff. Our company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

*Refund policy*
Please note that the booking fee collected is non-refundable. Once paid, the booking fee cannot be refunded, regardless of whether you proceed with hiring a candidate or not.
However, if the company will be unable to provide you the services with in starting 10-5 days, then your case will be liable for a refund. (Deductions may take place, considering company expenses) which will be done in 20-25 working days.
But once the contract mail is done and staff reaches at your premises there will be NO REFUND. only we can give you the replacement in that case or you can get the credit note against same over the Email.  


*(Salary will be calculated according to the days they have stayed and catered the services to you, Replacement will only be provided once you pay the salary of your previous staff)*

Note:*These terms apply to every case and customer without exception. By using our services or making a booking with us, You have automatically accepted all these terms.
